Telephone - The City
So we're going to build a vanilla city. Simple enough right?
Except we're on a budget, and no communication is required (but it is allowed). Using the natural beauty of Kamloops, BC, we will build Canadian Houston, whatever that means to you. While this project is a bit silly, I think a bunch of random city builders can still build the greatest city in the Canadian West.
Let's test that theory.
Will implement additional rules as the group deems reasonably necessary.
