Launen
Launen is a conurbation of four cities situated on a beautiful coast. There is only one highway far from the center of the agglomeration. All of the cities are rather small, every one of them has its own downtown and some suburbs around it. Downtowns aren't really tall, there are only a few skyscrapers in the region. There is some kind of transport hub in each city which helps in connecting them with busses or trams.
