Tired of the endless loading and horrible fps? Me too. I prefer zoning anyways, and in the last year I've not played with zoning. So I want to go back to basics, with a comfortable experience without many visual mods and basically any assets. However, I don't wanna fight the vanilla traffic AI, lane arrow system or building levels, which is why I do want some mods for an enjoyable, laid-back experience. I'm also not completely anti-asset, however. I just don't want to have thousands of assets in the collection, when most don't even get used. So if you do want an asset in the save, just submit it in the Discord server and we'll most likely add it. I also wanna play without Unlock Everything and Unlimited Money again. So in short - This is supposed to be a save without many assets and some mods that tries to stay close to vanilla (I'm calling this "Improved Vanilla"), but still build a nice looking, functioning city. As I said, I would like to focus on visuals a bit, so unless it's temporary, I don't want highway spaghetti or content for r/shittyskylines ;). DLC: After Dark, Mass Transit & Green Cities are required, the others are debatable. I'd like to also have Park Life, Snowfall & Campus.
