Description:
No workshop mods to keep it simple for now, this is a test and future maps will have mods. Use "--noWorkshop" to disable mods temporarily. Vanilla mods such as Unlimited Money, Unlock All etc. should be enabled. All 25 tiles are already unlocked. The challenge here is to build on difficult terrain while keeping it functional and somewhat good looking. Included are screenshots of my old city on this map, for inspiration and guidelines. Have fun!
