Rules:

4.
We drive on the right like normal fucking people

It's not illegal to purpusedly neglate the education of a zone in order to prevent them from being too rich if they have dog parks nearby

No poop tsunamis

Any traffic density lower than 50% WILL be considered witchcraft
8.
There has to be at least one Ocean Avenue in every city
9.
No dams, this is not New Vegas, I don't want to accidently drown the entire county
