Consult other players before building transit and infrastructure that affect neighbouring districts.
Aim to keep traffic over 80%.
Aim to keep cargo and passenger rail lines separate.
The Harbour Manager chooses and manages one district as the main seaport and cargo hub for the region.
The Parks & Pathways Manager builds parks, bike paths, and nature trails anywhere throughout the map.
