All players are mayors. Four of those players are also Ministers.

====The Minister of Traffic - MoT====

road connections between cities

fixing traffix problems - needs mayor approval if within towns, acts freely otherwise

====The Minister of Industry - MoI====

can build industrial areas and warehouses outside of the plot boundaries

====The Minister of Nature – MoN====

can create parks outside of the plot boundaries

====The Minister of Public Transportation – MoP====

organises public transportation - needs mayor approval if within towns, acts freely otherwise

====Mayors====

builds towns in plots alloted for them with a letter (A, B, C etc.) by the gamehost

====Town plots and peripheries====

No changes to the areas/town plots/districts placed by the game host allowed!

Unnamed areas adjoined to the named town plot are considered PERIPHERALS

In the peripherals, players can place roads and placeable infrastructure, but CANNOT zone there!

====General rules====

Please name all your train stations, shipyards, cargo hubs etc. accordingly, so that each train, ship and plane clearly states where it’s heading (e.g. Ashbrook Central)

Avoid water pollution if possible
