A brand new “mode” of playing Citieshare! Each player has four plots to build their town and act as their mayor, but there also three offices to be held within the Cabinet of the Region: namely, Minister of Traffic, Minister of Public Transportation and Minister of Industry, that come with additional competences. Players can petition to be selected as a given Minister. The Ministers can resign, otherwise they hold their office indefinitely (see Rules). Please remember - this is a random-access share, which means that you can download the save at any time, without waiting for your turn, if no one else is playing at that moment. Once you download the save you have 5 hours to upload it again. If you do not, any changes you might make to the save naturally won't be included. Geographically, the map (or the Region) has been shaped in a way as to encourage the creation of new small/medium towns – many hills, mountains, lakes and rivers naturally decrease the amount of favourable build space, and as such prevent mega-cities. Default mods to be enabled (apart from the Steam Collection): - EUROPEAN (District Style) - unlimited money - unlimited ores - unlock all milestones
All players are mayors, but only three of the players hold the office of Ministers, which comes with additional powers and competences
Players can petition to become a given Minister, but the final decision who becomes which Minister is within the remit of the game host
A Minister can resign and their office passes on to another player selected by the game host based on a survey amongst the players
A Minister can keep their office indefinitely, if he so wishes and no other mayor objects
====The Minister of Traffic - MoT====
can further connect the towns as needed, be it roads, bikelanes, pathways etc.
can fix traffic issues within towns – needs approval from that town’s mayor
can organise public transportation between towns
====The Minister of Industry - MoI====
can build completely industry-focused towns without any RC zoning
can build industrial areas outside of the plot boundaries (similar to MoN with parks)
can organise the warehouse system for the region outside of the plot boundaries
====The Minister of Nature – MoN====
can create parks outside of the plot boundaries
====Mayors====
can build towns (see point 10, however!) in their allocated plots of land and petition relevant ministers to take actions within their specified remit
can create public transit WITHIN their towns, but all connections must be agreed and completed by MoT
====Town plots and peripheries====
No changes to the areas/town plots/districts placed by the game host allowed!
Unnamed areas adjoined to the named town plot are considered PERIPHERALS
In the peripherals, players can place roads, placable infrastructure and processing buildings (such as farms), but CANNOT zone there or change existing MoT infrastructure.
====General rules====
Please name all your train stations, shipyards, cargo hubs etc. accordingly, so that each train, ship and plane clearly states where it’s heading (e.g. Ashbrook Central)
Eco water treatment plants preferred – avoid too much visible water pollution
Avoid negative balance, even though unlimited money is enabled for the players’ conveniency

Save preview
If the player fails to upload the save file in the specific time window, their turn is automatically skipped. In chronological turns setting, this means the next player in the queue takes the save file. In random-access shares, the save file passes on to another player who claims it. Disabling this feature means the player can hold on to the save file past the deadline.
