One thing is for certain, it's not a true city unless there's a ton of traffic! You can have a ton of traffic without the city grinding to a halt. Using TMPE and timed lighting (with proper intersection spacing of course) you can have all the traffic without the gridlock. That's what I love to do. I build cities as big as I can l, use mods to increase the amount of vehicles and cims in the game and manage it all to the best of my ability. For some reason I choose to study IT, rather than civil engineering! I hate math too much.
