Creating a Steam Workshop collection for Cities: Skylines is very simple. Step 1: Access the Steam Community tab and press
Workshop. Navigate to the
Cities: Skylines Steam Workshop page.

Step 2: Under the
Browse tab, press
Collections. You will be directed to the
Browse: Collections page.

Step 3: Press the
Create Collection button on the right side of the page. Follow the instructions on the page to give your collection a name, select a branding image, etc. Press
Save and Continue when finished.

Step 4: Add workshop items to your collection by pressing the
+ symbol to the left of a workshop item. Add a sorting option if applicable, then press

Step 5: Choose a background image for your collection. If you intend to share the collection with others, make sure to set the visibility to
Public or
Friends Only. Press
Publish at the top of the page when finished.
